Why repair with us?
By choosing to repair, recycle, and reuse your Color of Heat items, you’re helping to keep clothing out of landfills and supporting the slow fashion movement. Together, we’re ending the cycle of fast fashion!

What we offer for items under 1 year old (In Warranty):
- Free mending and repairs
- Repairs include elastic replacement, seam repair, fabric patching.
- Low-cost flat-rate USPS shipping (US lower 48).
- Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on availability and our event schedule.

If your item cannot be repaired:
- It's recycled into our reHeat Program to create up-cycle goods.
- You will receive store credit to order a replacement only from available stock.

For items out of warranty: Process under our Out of Warranty Repair Service

Before You Send Your Items: Ensure your items are clean (a $5 cleaning fee applies if they arrive unwashed).

Super quick repair

I bought a beautiful hoodie 3 months ago from Color of Heat, which unfortunately got a tear in its hood. It came back repaired for free, including shipping being free, within a week! Thank you
