Exchanges & Returns

Our Promise:
We want you to LOVE your Color of Heat purchase—and we promise you will! If something isn't right, you can exchange or return new-condition items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns
Sign in to your account here, open your order and choose Return items. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and its $8 cost comes out of your refund. Send the item back new and unworn with tags attached. When it arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Exchanges

1. Start a return the same way, and in the note tell us what you'd like instead. You can pick anything we have in stock.
2. We'll confirm it's available, hold it for you, and email you a free return label.
3. When your original arrives, we ship your new item free.

One free exchange per order. If your new item costs more, we'll send a link to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Final sale items. Everything in our Sale collection is final sale. Within 30 days you can exchange it for anything we have in stock, or take store credit — we can't refund it. Return shipping on a final sale item is $8; the free exchange label doesn't apply. Contact us here to start, as final sale items can't be submitted through your account.

Shipping from Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.? Prepaid labels are for the lower 48 states only. Start your return the same way and we'll send you our return address. You ship it back at your own cost, with tracking.
