By choosing to repair, recycle, and reuse your Color of Heat items, you’re helping to keep clothing out of landfills and supporting the slow fashion movement. Together, we’re ending the cycle of fast fashion!

What We Offer for Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
- Pay $1.99 upfront to receive a pre-paid shipping label (shipping costs are added to the repair cost).
- Repairs include elastic replacement, drawstring retrofit, seam reinforcement, and fabric patching.
- Each item is inspected, de-piled, and reinforced (if needed).
- Repairs typically cost $10-$25, depending on complexity.
- Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on availability and our event schedule.

How it works:
- After inspecting your item, we’ll send you an invoice for the repair.
- Once you approve and pay, we repair and refurbish your item.
- The repaired product is mailed back to you!

Rather than repair, you can recycle or trade in your item for store credit.

If your item can't be repaired, it's recycled into our reHeat Program to create up-cycle goods.

For items less than a year old, process under our Mending & Repair In Warranty Service.

Before You Send Your Items: Ensure your items are clean (a $5 cleaning fee applies if they arrive unwashed).
